I started using my Benilight several months ago, I was having lower back pain and also my shoulder. I was surprised as to how quickly this started to relieve my pain!! Now I keep it handy, just in case I get a flair up. Have the stand is nice as well, but most of the time, I’m just using it right on top of my skin… works great!!!
